anyone out there?
Just wondering if anyone is actually reading my blog. I feel kinda lonely with only comments from 1 person... :) If you are reading this--are you enjoying my blog? could you send me a comment or two? haha. thanks. Next post...later on. Just got my high speed internet hooked up in my apt so I'll be posting much more often...no need to use my friends computer anymore...and guess what else...I GOT A TV!! haha..i haven't had a tv for the past year!! always just watched at the gym...or at the bar! HA. bye bye for now.

I'll play along. Congrats on the CKC thing. You may or may not remember me. I ran by you in the first few miles at Clearwater and said, "Nice Uniform" I was wearing the Cadence gear as well...we spoke briefly after the race. Great blog and interesting entries...

Say, can I actually wear my Cadence gear to a race? It's pretty nice, but I'm not up on protocol for this kind of thing.
I'm just getting back into races, and my wife would be horrified to see my racing clothing decisions. It might be nice to expand my wardrobe.

i dont know the "protocol" either but hell i'd wear it!! it was free and its great quality!
i think the only protocol is no high top sneakers. haha
Not a problem at all. So far doing Eagleman again in June then the Philly OLY tri two weeks later. Not sure about the rest of the season yet.
I think the only "protocol" that may not apply is a mullet! No mullets please. Just my rule though. :)

im doing Eman as well...you were smoking fast in clearwater mike! i assume that was a good race for you? any thoughts at winning your AG at EM?

Not sure if you have seen this but its a classic.
As for me I am getting psyched about Eagleman. But as far as the WC went that was only my 2nd race at that distance. So needless to say I think the coming season should be a real blast.
AG Win??? Not for an old washed up 30 something like me. I will go and hope to have a great race. But it's a very competitive field there.
You should rock that course hard. It's so friggin flat there it makes Clearwater look like lake placid with the bridges and all. Just watch the winds out on the bike. They can be brutal down there.
old washed up 30 something ehe...thats a good one. i dont know anyone old and washed up that goes 4:10.
this was only your 2nd time at half? i assume you come from short course....youre a bit too quick to have transitioned from IM distance. whats your background?
